I was looking for a watch that was easy to read in all light conditions, and this is it.
The super white hands outlined in black are easy to locate with the quickest of glances.
I purchased the watch with the silver face, (although I think silver is not quite accurate).
The face is a silvery white, with groves cut vertically, that create different face colors depending on the light and the viewing angle.
I have seen a range of colors from a gunmetal to gold tone, each one very nice and easy on the eyes.
It is a heavy watch,but that is my preference, and it keeps very good time

The watch is great.
It is as good as it looks, even better. Works well, doesn't leak. One thing, though - it is pretty heavy. But I tried this model on before buying, so I knew how it would feel on my hand. For those, who now wear light watches I advise to go to a watch shop and try some real automatic divers watches.
It looks great and it feels great. The packaging looks nice too - wooden case with black leather, looks expensive. What pisses me off is that I got the wrong manual and the seller doesn't want to do anything about it. The manual clearly says QUARTZ and is supossed to go with Aquaracer 500M Quartz watch. The seller tells me that the manual can be for several models, but I don't believe them. Anyways, if you are not buying this watch for reselling, you'll be fine.
